Welcome to The San Francisco Yacht Club |
| Our Facilities |
The Officers, members and staff welcome you to The San Francisco Yacht Club. We offer you the information on this page to make your stay with us most enjoyable. We ask your cooperation and observance of our rules.
The privileges of this Club and the use of its facilities may be extended to members in good standing of any Club in the world which offers use of its facilities to members of The San Francisco Yacht Club. A current membership card must be presented. All visiting yachtsmen must register at the Clubhouse, and their boats must be registered by completing the guest vessel registration forms. Upon registration you will receive a guest card which will be valid only for the dates issued.
Berthing facilities for visitors are located directly in front of the Clubhouse deck, the dock that is to your left as you enter the guest dock area. Signs will guide you. . Visitors may not enter any slip or tie up anywhere else in the harbor without first obtaining permission from either the Port Captain, the Harbormaster, the General Manager or other designated officer. All visiting yachts must fly their burgee. Charges for the use of the Club Dock are as set forth in the Club Dock Rules, which are included below.
The Club may, from time to time, restrict guest berthing because of scheduled Club events, regattas, pre-scheduled cruise-ins and certain holidays. Visitors seeking accommodations should phone ahead to determine space availability, noting that space is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Heads are available inside the Clubhouse (except Mondays and Tuesdays) and heads and showers are available in a separate building in the parking lot every day.. Potable water is available on all docks throughout the harbor.
Thank you and enjoy | |
