- Appetizer – Stone Fruit & Burrata Salad: Baby mixed green, toasted pistachio, mint, balsamic glaze ($18)
- Seared Atlantic Turbot: Oyster king mushroom risotto, lemon white wine reduction, summer baby vegetables ($38)
- Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop: Cabernet reduction whipped potatoes, roasted garlic reduction, roasted heirloom baby carrots ($32)
- Seared Maple Leaf Duck Breast: Fennel seed carrot mousse, wilted Swiss chard, mission port wine reduction ($35)
This Thursday’s Happy Hour is toasted sourdough bread with sliced prime rib, cream horseradish, baby arugula and chimichurri.
